Pacific Casino Training, Inc. offers classes and lab work in a modern, casino-like atmosphere. We have 1800 square feet of new classroom space with 4 regulation tables for Blackjack, Pai Gow Poker, Three Card Poker, Spanish 21, and related games, as well as 2 full size poker tables for Texas Hold’em, Omaha, and Seven Card Stud.

All equipment used for training is regulation casino equipment. Training manuals and instructional materials are provided for each student.

Classes will range in size from 5 to 10. Students can select their class hours between noon and 7 PM Tuesday through Friday and between 10 AM and 6 PM on Saturday.

Our instructors are all experienced professional card room dealers who have been in the business for three years or more. They teach not only the specific game skills necessary to be a successful casino dealer, but will provide training in customer service as well as in floor supervision.

You will be taught:

• Presenting yourself as a professional
• Appearance, attitude, dealing with your customers
• Shuffling, cutting, handling, dealing the cards
• Controlling the table
• Money handling
• Hand recognition and payoff procedures
• Table and tray maintenance and security
• Interviewing and auditioning

Pacific Casino Training, Inc. is licensed in the State of Washington by both the Workforce Training and Education Board and the State Gambling Commission. Our instructors are licensed individually, as well.
